“Ci sto? Affare fatica!”
In the municipalities of the area the project “Ci sto? Affare fatica!” is offered for a few weeks during the summer.
Young people get involved in the summer period according to the weeks proposed by their municipality, every morning from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 12.30 in various activities: from cleaning the town centers and the streets of the neighborhoods, to the maintenance of playgrounds to the impregnation and painting of rides, fences and much more. A meaningful movement full of enthusiasm during the summer of the boys, grouped in mixed teams of 10 boys and led by a young tutor.
The collaboration of boys and girls between 20 and 30 years old available to act as TUTOR during the project is essential and valuable, they offer themselves to coordinate a small group of boys and girls aged 14 to 19 years old involved in practical activities of active citizenship and care of common goods.
Specifically, the tutor, aged 20 to 30 years old, has the role of accompanying a team assigned to him, as they carry out activities in close collaboration with the figure of the handyman (adult volunteer of the City). The tutor must have good interpersonal skills, group management, involvement and problem solving. To this end, it is mandatory that future tutors participate in the training that is held before the beginning of the project, time and place will be communicated during the interviews.
The tutor is then given a weekly “fatigue voucher” worth € 100.00 which can be spent in the shops of their municipality.
